A Menagerie of Chrome Extensions via Thinglink

Here's a wonderful example of a truly redefined lesson.  Below is an interactive Thinglink that showcases Chrome Extensions.  Click on any one of the images below to view a snippet of what that extension could do for you and access a link to add it to your list of extensions.

On a second note ... just think what you could create in Thinglink for yourself and your students!  Could you do a Thinglink with a picture of your classroom and links to fun facts about each student or maybe a link to each student's email?  How about a Thinglink with a picture of your classroom with tags demonstrating a few key places - like where to turn in late work, sharpen your pencil, recycle, and more!  How about coaches ... what could YOU try?

Exit Slips with Google Forms

Wonder if your students understood the day's lesson?  Exit slips are a great way to check for understanding.  A simple two question Google form that you can use over and over and over again is an easy answer to keep on top of this.  Here's a short video that will help.  If you'd like to use the form I created - click here to access that form- be sure to make a copy!  If you'd like help, feel free to contact me!

Things Google Teachers Never Hear

This is great!  I have a Twitter PLN (Personal Learning Network) that is from all over the globe.  Every once in awhile there's something that comes across that I really love.  This is one of those times! Thank you @sylviaduckworth.  Sylvia uses the FlipInk app to create these diagrams.

Enjoy!
